Chief Executive Officer
Ashwin, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Revature, was key for the inception and execution of Revature's business model including design and development of Training, RevaturePro, curriculum and core operations.
As CEO, Ashwin is responsible for running daily facets of the company, creating the strategic vision and ensuring that initiatives align with the company’s core values and culture. With extensive experience in domestic and international markets, Ashwin leads the development and implementation of products and services for our clients.
Previously, Ashwin held management positions with Satyam Computers. He has a Bachelor of Engineering, Electronics and Communications, from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer, Arjun works with the leadership team to strengthen, strategize, and execute the scale necessary to maintain Revature’s leading position in the talent development space. Beyond his duties in financial management, Arjun also oversees the firm’s legal and facilities functions.
Prior to joining Revature, Arjun was the Global Head of Corporate Development, Strategy and Financial Planning & Analysis at ITG, a publicly traded financial services and technology firm.
Chief Revenue Officer
As the Chief Revenue Officer, Bob is responsible for Sales, Account Management, and Strategic Vendor Partnerships across Revature's corporate client base.
Bob has enjoyed a 32 year career in the financial services industry including stints as Head of US Equity Trading at JP Morgan, the CEO of two public companies including NYFIX and ITG, an executive in residence role at McKinsey, and most recently Head of Trading Technology at Barclays.
Chief Information Officer
As the Chief Information Officer, Ravi leads the Information Technology (IT) division and provides corporate-wide leadership for the company’s technology strategy, Curriculum, Training Ops, RevaturePro product and corporate IT services. He was instrumental in building and scaling training, curriculum, projects, and quality operations across five US locations and oversaw 8x growth in training revenue and technology offerings.
Previously, Ravi was a Partner & VP Projects and Strategy at KPI (merged with Sapiens) and managed client engagements at Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, and CSS. Before joining KPI, Ravi worked at Freddie Mac for 11 years last serving as a Director in Ops & Tech division, with responsibility for strategy, operations, and product development.
Chief Strategy Officer
Sriram serves as the Chief Strategy Officer, where he will focus on scaling Revature's talent pipeline and delivery.
Rajagopal brings almost two decades of experience heading the global talent supply chain at Cognizant, having most recently served as their Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Senior Vice President of Sales
In her role, Susan is accountable for the productivity and effectiveness of the Revature sales organization. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, she fosters close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s success. Susan brings 27 years of experience in leading sales teams in professional resourcing and project solutions. At Revature, she will leverage this experience to provide leadership to the sales team while ensuring we are implementing account growth strategies to our client’s goals.
Prior to joining the Revature team, Susan has various leadership roles at Randstad NA and most recently, was Managing Principal for ManpowerGroup – Experis IT, Northeast.
